This is the approach I am taking:

3. Here are my vitals stats to start with :-
Age - 30
Weight - 13st 6 lbs
Weight - 13st 6 lbs
Body Fat - At least 25%
Chest - 41"
Waist - 37" (39" around Belly Button)
Hips - 40"
Thighs/Calves/Biceps kind of irrelavant for this challenge.
My pictures are of me completely relaxed taken first thing this in the morning.
I must say as I had prepared my food it was not too difficult to stick to it. The training was murder especially as I got the the latter stages. I will report back in a week....Good Luch Lads and Lasses
